Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:15 AM at the SHCA Clubhouse. Drop in to any session. $10/session, SHCA members buy 3 sessions, the fourth is free.

2025 SIT & FIT YOGA
For those of us who may not feel comfortable with regular yoga because of balance, circulation or strength issues. Michelle Gregory will be teaching chair yoga Tuesdays and Fridays at 930AM, immediately following morning yoga at the SHCA. Come and check it out. $10.

Small Fry Dances
Every Monday at 7 PM, open to all fry large and small. Come for the hokey-pokey, stay for the freeze dances! We are always looking for helpers, to keep the Elmo/Barney/BabyShark legends alive! Sign up HERE
THE HORRIBLES PARADE
July 4th Beach Races!
The signature Humarock event, organized and held annually on Labor Day weekend by the South Humarock Civic Association.
8/30/2025 at 1PM, to join the parade at the beginning, we meet at 4th Cliff.
To enter the parade midway, join at the fire station at approximately 1:30PM.

Another classic SHCA/Humarock event. July 4th morning at 10 AM. Kids from 3 (and under!) to 16+. Meet at the Julian Street beach entrance, anywhere we can find an open patch of sand! Races, sack races, 3-legged, wheelbarrows and the kicker...the ultimate tug of war!!
