For those of us who may not feel comfortable with regular/floor yoga because of balance, circulation or strength issues.  Michelle Gregory will be teaching chair yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays at 945AM. Come and check it out.  $10.

Another classic SHCA/Humarock event.  July 4th morning at 10 AM.  Kids from 3 (and under!) to 16+.  Meet at the Julian Street beach entrance, anywhere we can find an open patch of sand! Races, sack races, 3-legged, wheelbarrows and the kicker...the ultimate tug of war!!

Every Monday at 7 PM, open to all fry large and small.  Come for the hokey-pokey, stay for the freeze dances!  We are always looking for helpers, to keep the Elmo/Barney/BabyShark legends alive!

The signature Humarock event, organized  and held annually on Labor Day weekend by the South Humarock Civic Association.

9/5/2026 at 1PM, to join the parade at the beginning, we meet at 4th Cliff.

To enter the parade midway, join at the fire station at approximately 1:30PM.
